Orders, Shipping & Returns
Every No Filter Club piece is made to order — no warehouse, no overproduction, just your item created specifically for you.
Production takes 2–5 business days. After that, delivery within the EU usually takes 1–8 business days, so you can expect your order within 5–10 business days in total. Shipping is always free — no minimums, no hidden conditions. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. EU orders are fulfilled within Europe, so no customs fees apply. For orders outside the EU, local import duties may apply depending on your country.
Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item or colour. Please check all product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we take full responsibility. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos. Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
