Production & Returns

Every No Filter Club piece is made to order. No stockpiles, no overproduction — your item is created specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selections, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item or colour. We strongly recommend checking the product details and size guide carefully before purchasing.

That said, if something isn’t right, we take full responsibility. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — no questions asked. Simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.

Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
